Monday December 8th was the day that we had the Parkland Humane Society - Pets with Santa photo shoot. I took all the pictures and also designed the photo frames. The pictures turned out great and we made some money for the PHS and we plan to do it again next year.

Duane gave me my Christmas present early so that I could have it for the photo shoot. He gave me a SanDisk Extreme III 4GB card for my camera. He thought it might make my camera a little faster but I don't think it did but boy was it fast to upload the pictures to the computer. I had about 300 pictures on the card and they were uploaded in a flash!

Less than a month till Christmas!

We did most of our Christmas shopping yesterday. Nicolas was sick but we left him with his grandma. I had a dentist appointment but I survived. I think we will set up the Christmas tree soon. I am really excited for Christmas this year. All I want for Christmas is for everyone to be happy and healthy oh yah and a polarizing lens filter for my camera.

On Sunday Nic and I went to the mall to take some test shots of the Christmas tree and Santa's Sleigh. I am going to be taking pictures for the Parkland Humane Society for pets with Santa. Nic and I both had lots of fun and I hopefully will have my camera set right for nice pictures.

My scrapbook party was great. I spent to much money but I also got lots of free stuff too. I can't wait for it all to get here in the mail. I need to put some time aside to play. ;)

I'm getting ready for my big scrapbook party tomorrow. I hope everything goes well. I haven't been able to scrapbook for a long time. A combination of being too busy and stressing about stuff. I love scrap booking but it is not something I can do if I am worrying about other stuff. When I have found some time to scrapbook lately I have been doing all digital projects but I hope this weekend will get me back on track for my hard copy picture/memory books.
